Why did we start Bars For Us?
We created Bars For Us because we had all experienced a similar problem: we’ve had trouble finding the right bar on many occasions because we just couldn’t figure out what bars had the type of experience we wanted, whether at home or traveling.
We met at RTP Startup Weekend in Raleigh, and in a weekend we quickly figured out we shared a common passion for solving this problem for ourselves and our friends. Once we started creating Bars For Us for Raleigh, we quickly figured out this was a problem in every city (at least every city with more than a couple bars!).
So we got to work.
Who are we?
A bunch of guys with different skills that share at least one common passion: helping people find bars, starting with ourselves: Chad Etzel, Chris Beatson, Chris Doerfler, David Parsons, Jay Cuthrell, Justin Ruckman, Leo Suarez, Mark Fulton, Taylor Barr, Taylor Davidson.
